Viewmont High School Remodels

Project Description

Upgrades to the facility were done over several years beginning with a boiler plant upgrade, domestic water piping replacement, HVAC replacements to all classrooms and administrative areas, direct digital control systems, and a building addition and new vocational building with auto repair, woodshop and metal shops.

HVAC equipment included high efficiency condensing water boilers, variable refrigerant flow systems with supplemental hot water heat, induction fans in the high ceiling library and main gymnasium.
