Project Description

This 155,000 S.F. tenant improvement involves 31,000 S.F. of two-level office and 124,000 S.F. of manufacturing and warehouse.  The company manufacturers corporate holiday gift boxes consisting mainly of Olive Oil and Powdered Cocoa.  The manufacturer area also includes a small compressed air system, a green house, shipping and receiving and a wood box manufacturing area.
