This project involved offices for a medical spa and surgery suite for a plastic surgeon. The room types included in this TI were: Offices, exam rooms, operating rooms, procedure rooms and recovery areas. The medical spa had a high energy furnace/condensing split system HVAC unit installed. The HVAC for the plastic surgeon included high efficiency furnace/condensing unit split systems, as well as a constant volume air handler with 90% filtration and electrical reheat for the operating rooms.
