This project consists of a 168,000 square foot addition to a plastic pipe manufacturing facility in Cedar City, Utah. The heating system consists of a single large gas-fired air rotation unit with outside air ducts connected to it. The office area is heated and cooled by furnace/condensing unit split systems. The ventilation system for the factory floor consists of large roof mounted exhaust fans with manually operated louvers around the entire perimeter of the building.
