This 51,000 square foot building includes a retail store, offices and a processing area. clothing, electronics, furniture, etc. are donated, sorted and/or repaired and then sold in the retail store. The HVAC system consists of package rooftop heating/cooling units with a central DDC HVAC control system allowing for remote monitoring and diagnostics, CO2 monitoring and control and lighting scheduling.
