This school was a standard plan developed for Nebo School District. The 85,400 S.F. school consisted of 32 regular classrooms, 4 Kindergarten rooms, 1 classroom, 1 Resource and Media Center. The HVAC system is a 4-pipe fan coil system with two boilers and an air cooled chiller. All hydronic systems have primary/secondary piping with variable speed pumping. The temperature controls are DDC with connection to a central district control system. Classrooms with exterior exposure have minimum outside air and interior classrooms have economizers.
