This service facility consists of 31,800 SF of office space and 65,900 SF of service/rebuild/paint and wash areas (warehouse). The HVAC system consists of packaged gas/electric roof top units for the office areas and radiant tube heaters/evaporating coolers for the service areas. This facility has a water cooled dynomameter that is designed to handle up to 800-1,000 HP engines.
