This facility is composed of 38,100 S.F. of office space and 77,700 S.F. of service, body shop, paint and a wash bay. The design of the HVAC system consisted of packaged gas/electric roof top units for the office areas and radiant tube heaters/evaporating coolers for the service areas. This facility has a CO/NO2 monitoring system/interlocked with roof mounted exhaust systems for the main service bays.
