Heating water piping failed and flooded the building damaging the first floor classroom wing. David L. Jensen and Associates led a remodel project which replaced the heating water piping and chilled water piping. The project was next expanded to a remodel of the classrooms, new floor plans and finishes, and the addition of new public restrooms, and new HVAC systems throughout.
