This office building is a 3 level, 36,000 SF shell building built in 2005 and purchased by WW Clyde Companies in 2006. The building has an open 2-story lobby entrance with hot water radiant in floor heat and a 3-story atrium with a smoke evacuation system. A 600 SF raised floor mainframe computer room with redundant air conditioning. With the HVAC system serving most of the building, it consists of 3 large packaged, direct expansion, variable air volume roof top units each serving the three separate levels. A boiler room was constructed on the roof with a single copper fin, water tube, gas fired boiler. A building automation and control system was installed which can be accessed from any computer on the Clyde Companies Intranet.
